Server Settings for COLBD.NET Email Accounts

These settings do not apply to colbd.com email accounts and to email accounts of other domains!!

Following settings are applicable to most PC Email Software (e.g. Outlook/Thunderbird/Other) and Mobile Apps!!

Incoming Settings (POP3 Protocol)
Incoming Server (POP3):	mail.colbd.net
Incoming Port (POP3):	110
Connection Security/Encryption:	None
Server Requires Authentication:	Yes
Authentication Method or Password Type:	Normal/Plain Password
User/Login Name:	<enter your username only> (do not enter full email address)
Password:	<enter your password>

Outgoing Settings (SMTP):
Outgoing SMTP Server:	smtp02.colbd.com
Outgoing SMTP Port:	465
Outgoing Server Security/Encryption:	SSL/TLS
Server Requires Authentication:	Yes
Authentication Method or Password Type:	Normal/Plain Password
Use Incoming Authentication Settings for Outgoing (if this option is available):	No
User/Login Name:	<your username>@mail1.colbd (e.g. user@mail1.colbd) (do not enter full email address)
Password:	<enter your password>
